Brad Pounds edged past Larry Hood midway though the IMCA Modified 25-lap feature then pulled away from the field for his third win.

"There were a couple of holes (on the track) but the car had great traction," said Pounds, who extended his point lead.

Hood ran second to pounds until the last lap when he bobble in turn two which allowed Larry Wise to make a run and edge him out for second at the finish line.

"It was good racing, I just tried too hard on the last lap and lost a spot," said Hood.

Michael Johnson finished fourth.
